Interested in yoga but don’t have the time or money to go to yoga class? There are plenty of websites with yoga videos that show you how to do yoga at home and are a great resource for your overall yoga practice. Most of these sites have a monthly membership or are subscription-based, but they also offer lots of free classes. These are a few of my free go-to yoga video websites.
1. Yoga With Adriene
Adriene is an actress, a yoga teacher and entrepreneur from Austin, Texas. With her fun approach and positive energy, she offers lots of great yoga video’s for all levels on her YouTube channel as well as some series like ‘30 days of yoga‘, ‘Yoga revolution‘ and lots more! Go check her out!
Motto: Find what feels good!
2. Yoga with dr. Melissa West
Dr. Melissa West offers weekly one-hour classes. Because she thinks everybody should be able to do yoga, she offers lots of modifications in the poses. Yoga is not just a physical practice, she focuses on our experience from our physical bodies to our thoughts, emotions and our breath to our spirit. Some people (including myself) find it difficult to do a 1 hour class at home, but if you browse through her video’s, there are also shorter video’s if you don’t have that much time to spare.
Motto: Real yoga for real people!
Price: Free! But she also runs an extensive membership program.
3. Ekhart Yoga
Ekhart Yoga, founded by Esther Ekhart, offers yoga and meditation video’s by more than 20 internationally renowned teachers.
Price: She offers monthy subscription plans. However, a few video’s are free on the website and on the YouTube channel, you can find lots more!.
Added bonus: Radiant Light Yoga
Last but not least, I want to share this free online yin yoga class by my very own teacher Wesley Bassett!
Price: Free! On the Radiant Light Yoga website, you can find a few more free classes.
Have you tried some of these yoga video’s? Which ones are your favorites?
